Finding the source data for an ESRI map

Question

Hi all,

I would like to use the Global Faults layer from ArcAtlas map. I am looking for more information about the data used to produce this map. I can see it is credited to the USGS but i can't find it on their website. Also, the owner is FedGISContent. What does this mean? Any ideas where to get more information about this layer?
