unable to open Project in Workforce in IOS

Question

I unable to open the project in iOS mobile using workforce . when i try to open the project in IOS , it is throwing " The Network has timed out " error. same i can open in android tablet.

The ArcGIS Portal 10.7.1 on  IWA . Please try to resolve the issue.

I already raised the case . but still i did not understand what causing the issue.i am able to connect arcgis online

I'm sorry you're seeing an error with Workforce.  I suggest contacting Technical Support so they can help you to trouble shoot the issue.
