The existing data service is not compatible with the survey

Hello guys! recently I published my survey form without images (taking pictures capabilities); ...and now I am trying to publish the same survey with "taking pictures capabilities" and I receive this error "the existing data service is not compatible with the survey." Does anyone has any ideas of how to fix this? Thank a lot guys

Hi Jules,

You need to enable attachments on the feature service for that layer. You can do this in the feature service settings in AGO or Portal via the content library and then select the feature service and the layer, go to the settings and enable attachments. After you have done this you can add an image question to your survey and try to publish again.
