"Publish service error null" when trying to publish tile package

I have been trying to publish my tile package and i continue to get this error. Does anybody know how i can get around this error or correct it somehow?

Acually i just checked the security tab and yes, SSL is enabled and i'm sure it was enabled at time of creation.

Do you have SSL enabled under your organization's security settings? If so, do you know if it was enabled during the initial creation of the site?

Thanks for the reply. By enabling SSL are you referring to something in the program, or are you talking about my company server?
