How to Change RotateOrigin when using EditToolbar "esri/toolbars/edit"

Question

While using Editing tools | ArcGIS API for JavaScript​ is thier any way to rotate the polygon from specific rotateOrigin instead of centroid of the polygon.

We have the option to set the rotate origin when using geometryEngine.rotate() function [esri/geometry/geometryEngine | API Reference | ArcGIS API for JavaScript ] in same way i would like to rotate the polygon using EditToolbar but would like to rotate it around the different rotateorigin than the centroid of the polygon.

This this type of control exists in ArcMap there is nothing in the JS API to allow this type of control.
