Tracking Layer and "VTG: Course over ground and ground speed"

I have to record the speed of the Collector for ArcGIS user. According to the documention there is NMEA support for "VTG: Course over ground and ground speed". See:

If so, how can I capture the speed information? Is there a fieldname-specification (like e.g. ESRIGNSS_AVG_H_RMS) available to store VTG information just like there is for GNSS described here:
