Viewing Geoprocessing status in widow (like 9.3)

Hi,

Does anyone know how to view the geoprocessing window in a separate box that comes up, much like 9.3? I have it now where the process runs in the bottom right corner of ArcMap and I'd rather watch the status in a box.

For the record, this is found under > GeoProcessing > GeoProcessing options in ArcMap/ArcCatalog.
