Infographics Widget in web app builder issues

Issue #1:  When trying to set up the Infographics Widget in web app builder, it won't allow me to chose  the map being used to fuel the web app.  It doesn't give me any map option to choose - see attachment.  I have used this widget in other web apps no problem.  I have also recreated this web app and map multiple times to see if that would fix it...it doesn't. 

Issue #2:  I have also run into issues with this widget where I will make a change and hit the OK button but the widget window won't close.  In order to save my changes I have to close the window, make a change somewhere else, and the save the web app.

you can use a map image layer just fine, just add the sublayer. In fact, that is the ONLY way to see related fields in the popup. (it's a slick trick) Map image sublayers act like feature layers to the API, when loaded to the webmap this way, add the service with the number at the end. Been a great trick for a long while.  Or... you could add the service as an external data source; the Pie Chart has a bug where that is the only approach that works. Even map sublayer doesn't work but this way works. Infographic widget is awesome, as is WebApp Builder. It still is superior to Experience Builder for my use cases and in terms of its interface and ease of use to develop for and use for users.
