What should I do to display a mosaic dataset at all scales?

That is, you can always view it on screen.

There are more ideas here. Check that you have access to the rasters, and that the rasters haven't moved since building the mosaic dataset.

... yes I did,....but if I use full extend just I see the boundaries...
