Automated Notification System for Water District

Question

We are looking at implementing an automated notification system to contact our water customers and alert them during times of scheduled service, shutdowns, etc.  I wanted to reach out and see what software/solutions some others are using for their automated notifications.  Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

George, great group poll question to ask here!  While you wait for a few replies to come in from others, you may want to check out GeoDecisions notify as an example – an Esri business partner  https://www.geodecisions.com/notify

Several Esri-using accounts run the service and we have heard positive feedback from them.  On the positive, it is fully integrated with ArcGIS Online/Portal.

Thanks for the link.  I may not have been as clear as I could have been with my original post.  What we are looking for is a system to notify customers with an automated phone call once we do identify customers we want to contact with our GIS.
