Map Tour loading Failed

Question

I'm getting the following error when I try and create a Map Tour from a web map.

It worked at one point earlier in the day when I didn't try and create straight from this map.

Is it because there are multiple point layers in my map or is there possibly something else wrong going on?

I have tried on several maps, all of them contained point layers and I would get the same loading error.  I removed the point layers from one of the maps so that it only had polygon layers ... and it was successful.

Can you give a little more details to your situation? Can you share the web map you are trying to create the story map from? What browser are you using? Are you still logged into your organizational account?
