How can I copy a graphic or text or object from one layout to another

I created a simple layout with a title on top of a rectangle. I want to use the same formatted rectangle for my other layout. In Arcmap I would just copy it from the layout in one mxd and into another layout in another mxd. It doesn't seem to work in ArcPro.
