Search Widget (use to be the Geocoder Widget) – compatibility with Internet Explorer browsers (IE9 & IE11)

Are there any known compatibility issues between the Search widget and Internet Explorer browsers?

Specifically IE9 and IE11

The issue is that the Quick Address Search is not displaying with these versions of the browser.

I have attached suggested IE config settings. It seems to work sometimes but not in all cases.
