Hi!
I have created a feature layer on ArcGIS server, publishing a Web Service and created a Web Map on ArcGIS Online.
When I want to create a geoform with the builder, 10 fields are found (step 5) but when I look at the preview (step 9), only 3 fields are displayed.
What am I doing wrong ?

Can you share the service or the app that you are building?
