Use or Convert an .est file?

Does anyone have any good techniques or experience using Microsofts Streets and Trips .est files? I had one sent to me and trying to see if i can use arcmap to display the data. (or any other program for that matter)

does streetmaps display it? I doubt it can be, ask the originator to resend it in a different format
