I will need to work offline with the basemap correctly displayed at a fine scale (1:7,000) for a specific extent (Mexico)
Is there a way to download the map or have it cached locally?
PS. I'm running ArcGIS Pro v 1.3
There is a Blog post by Marika Vertzonis that comes close... Prepare basemaps for offline use but not quite as it is for Survey, and this is for Collector Prepare maps for offline use—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
