Viewshed +/- 5 feet question

Question

I can do a view shed just fine using a 25 foot tower for example....... It works great

my question is: The above view shed picks up every undulation of the ground ..... could I make it + or - 5 feet? so instead of returning the ground it would return a person standing on the ground at these locations. It seems like this should be an easy thing to do
