Digitized vector .shp file to drainage order through ArcHydro Tools

Question

Attribute Tools tool set called Assign River Order ????

I am not able to find this tool in archydro tool set can somebody have any idea.  I want to do strahler stream order on a digitized vector drainage file???

Not sure how you ended up posting this question to the GeoNet Contest Space but you really need to move it to a more appropriate space like Arc Hydro​ or GIS​
