ArcGIS Geocode Server does not return full UK postcodes

SeeDoes not provide full postcode when using UK map from last year. This issue has not been fixed. When searching UK addresses the postcode is missing the last 2 characters when using geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/ as the search source. Is there any way I can fix it on my end or is it down to the esri devs?
