We have terabytes of surface scans from Gomantong Caves with challenges of modeling vertical surfaces. Modeling bat and swift locations on ceiling has been partly successful but examining flutes, etc on walls of caves I am challenged on how to perform the surface modeling when its vertical unless I possibly change the xyz points inputs into the IDW to lay the walls flat? Any suggestions? Thanks for a great group!
