Highlight records selected in charts

I don't believe I can select a particular item in a chart and highlight the features directly in the map.

Is this in scope?

The ability to select something in a chart element to drive an action in the map element is coming in the next Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS update - which is scheduled for April timeframe. Please see this thread,
