Problems setting up an INSPIRE Download Service

Hello,

I'm trying to set up an INSPIRE-DownloadService of the topic "Administrative Units".
The data base is an ArcSDE.
I can set up the service and can view the Capabilities of the service. But as I try to download some data I got the following error:

Request rejected due to errors. InternalExceptionCode: iiArcObjectCOMError. Reason: 
- <![CDATA[ IDispatch error #4920]]>

Does any one have experience with the INSPIRE DownloadService already and know this error message?

I use ArcGIS Server 10.0 with ArcGIS for INSPIRE 1. The Schema is V2.0

I am experiencing exactly the same error message with version 10 also but with Inspire Extension sp2.

Just wondering if you were able to find a fix?
