speed problem in OD-Matrix

Question

Hi,

My current data does not have the speed field; then I create one.
However, when I use the revised data to create the network dataset, there is some problem when I choose the cost attribute.

Then the results turns out ridiculous: google map shows at least 12 hours travelling while the ArcGIS show only 1 minutes.

I think the problem happens when I choose cost attribute during Network Dataset creating.

What's the correct way to do it?

Can you post a screenshot of the evaluators for your cost attribute?  It sounds like you've either converted units incorrectly, or else some of your network edges have 0 impedance.
