Clip multipatch with 2D polygon

Is it possible to clip a 3D multipatch with a 2D polygon? I am using ArcGIS Pro and I also have access to FME.

Could you add more context to this question?

Are you trying to divide multiple 3D features or trying to slice a single 3D feature in to two?
