App template displaying attributes by record?

Question

I'm looking for a way to pull values from the attribute table into the text panel of a story map. I want to display the attributes by individual record and allow for edits.  Any ideas on templates that already exists? I basically want to show the pop up window for a record in a more permanent side panel that can be edited and be formatted neatly.

I am not aware of an widget/template that suits your needs. There is the popup panel widget that places the maps popup in a panel, but the editing part is whats not available currently.
