Hi,
I am new to story map and am using Map Journal Builder to create story map. Is there any way to insert expandable sections in the side panel?
Any suggestions is much appreciated!

Hello and welcome to Story Mapping!
There isn't a way to do that using the Map Journal, but we have an app called Map Series that lets you do that. Specifically, you'd use the Side Accordion layout of Map Series. Here's an example and you can see more examples of this in our gallery.
