Working offline and later online

Question

Hi to everyone!

Is it possible to work with an offline map in collector and later on turn back the same web map into online? I used the same web map online or offline in the past, but now I can’t. I use either an android smartphone or an iPad 2.

Hey Sergio,

You will have to delete the map from your device under Manage and then it can be used in an online state. If you want to take it offline again you will have to download the map. In both cases you use the downloaded or side-loaded basemaps you have on your device.
