Can you use custom base maps in Collector for ArcGIS?
Hi Randall,
If you want to use the basemap offline and your basemap is hosted by ArcGIS Server, the ArcGIS Server release must be 10.2.2 or later:
Take maps offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
However, you can create a Tile Package and copy the package to your device:
Go offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
