Reset Location option in ArcGIS Cascade Story Map missing

I am missing the Appearance > View tab in which there is the Reset location option in ArcGIS Cascade Story Map. It doesn't display neither for my embedded webmap, nor in my embedded spyglass story map. What am I doing wrong?
