Hi, When I activate a SOI on MapService that enabled FeatureServer Extension, CreateReplica fails on FeatureService Rest operation. Server logs shows an error code 17000 described "An error occured".
How can I solve problem.
This turns out to be a defect BUG-000094193 (http://support.esri.com/bugs/nimbus/QlVHLTAwMDA5NDE5Mw==). It will be fixed in ArcGIS 10.5
