Pixel-based classification of glacier in arcmap

Question

I'm having some trouble on how to delineate the glacier area automatically using TM4/TM5 band rations.

Guess I need to use raster calculator. But I can't seem to get the coding right.

I want to insert a threshold aswell.

Any suggestions?

as per my last post...it would be useful to see if the bands are showing up in the raster calculator and if so, you should be able to select them and the / to do the math

I want to use a ratio  (B3/B2) for the composite lanbdsat foto,  which has a band combination 5,4,3,  and classify pixel values with threshold >2-3. But I do not know how to insert the right expression.

screen grab the raster calculator...are the bands not showing up or something?
