Cannot edit script with IDEL

After I created a toolbox on my own geodatabase, I don't have the right to edit it! So strange! Please see attached picture 1. Thanks.

In ArcToolbox Server Tools, I can use Edit tool, but it open with Notepad, instead of IDEL. Please see picture 2. I am confused 😞

You need to define an editor in the Geoprocessing Options. See my attached image.

Even then the edit option should be available though. Do you have a standard ArcGIS install or custom?
