How to make the ESRI Base map Imagery in ArcMap lighter?

I added the ESRI Base map Imagery into ArcMap and printed out. As it is attached here ,it is darker. When I print it also it became more darker. I am wondering if there is a way to make it lighter, so that the image will be more useful for my work.
