Allocate to existing facilities fails, but consumes 50 credits each time.

Question

There are several issues

1 - The allocate to existing facilities tool does not read a filter where I have a selected a set of 8 facilities and only those are displayed. Analysis says I have 30 facility points instead even if they are not shown on the map and are filtered to only 8.

2. When I run the tool it fails, but gives no indication or messages of why.

All I get is  ERROR - Choose Best Facilities failed.

3. Failed analysis tools still consume credits (52.6)

I have submitted a ticket, but am wondering if anyone else is having difficulty with the analysis tools?

There are now two bugs open for this:

[BUG-000098214 Analysis tool interfaces ignore a filter set on Map Service layers.]

ESRI Tech support were able to replicate the errors and logged them as bugs.

Is anyone else using these tools in ArcGIS Online analysis?
