We are a forestry company using advanced desktop ArcGIS. We are considering changing over to ArcGIS Pro in the near future but have concerns about data compatability with our partners who also use Desktop.
Certain feature classes created in the latest update of ArcGIS Pro will error and fail to be brought into ArcMap. I experienced this myself. The thing is, ArcMap is deprecated. As time goes on, it will continue to be left behind in both software compatibility and support.
