Print functionality in ArcGIS Online Templates

Question

Hi all,

I have created an application using a template which enables printing like 'Basic Viewer' or 'Classic Viewer' and I missed some functionality. It would be nice to improve of the capabilities of the print widget in future releases.

I missed the following subjects (when creating a PDF document):

* set a user defined printing area
* define a fixed scale (e.g. to have the scale text in the legend more like 1:5000 instead of 1:4981)
* define some kind of image resolution (e.g. dpi)

It would be nice. The Printing functionality in AGOL is dismal
