Problem on Adding Customize tools in Arcmap 9.3.1.

Dear All,

I developed a custom toolbar in VS 2008 and ArcDesktop 9.3.1 and it works perfect on my development machine. BUT when adding the toolbar (.dll/.tlb) to Arcmap at test machines (using customize> Add from file). I am getting the error 'no new objects added'.
