Not able to install the "ArcGIS viewer for Silverlight"

I tried to install the "ArcGIS viewer for Silverlight" on my machine and i got the message below:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]20124[/ATTACH]

how can i manage this issue?

Hi,

Please follow the installation guide for the specific operating system. You basically need to enable/install several IIS features that are not available by default.

You seem to be missing the .NET framework and a webserver to host your content.

http://www.iis.net/overview (or equivalent)
http://www.microsoft.com/net

Make sure you have an up-to-date version of Silverlight installed too.
