Maintain Point Symbols horizontal to page with map rotated?

Hello,

How do I keep point symbols from rotating with the map frame? I can change setting to keep LABELS horizontal. How do I maintain point symbols from not rotating with the map? I can't find the setting in ArcGIS Pro.
