Does anyone have an Arcade script that will Calculate Field? I am looking to get the SUM of points within a map series grid. The points and grids are obviously different layers.

Are you trying to configure an attribute rule or simply doing a field calculation. In case of the field calculation, where are you trying to do this in AGOL, Enterprise, Pro? What version are you using?
It is possible to do what you are asking for, but the way to do it depends on the details that are missing.
