Make sure that you have registered your database with ArcGIS Server. Connect to server in catalog, right click server properties, data store and add the connection to your SDE.

Are the geodatabase privileges for the "Landscape" Feature Class the same as for the "Communities_Points" Feature Class that is visible in the list for selecting layers to edit?BTW, why do I see "Landscape" as the second layer in the database connection in the first screenshot, and "Governorate_WestBank" in the last screenshot?
