Duplicate large table or feature class in Pro

My 2020 resolution was to work solely in ArcGIS Pro. In ArcCatalog, I could copy and paste a table or feature class of large size (over 200K records) in minutes. Trying to repeat this task in ArcGIS Pro is taking hours. What is the optimum method to do this do this task in ArcGIS Pro?

Could you elaborate a bit on your workflow.  Since you say "copy and paste", am I correct in assuming you are using a context menu by right-clicking and selecting copy and then doing the same to paste?  Are you copying and pasting to same GDB?  Are these enterprise or file geodatabases?  Is/are the GDB(s) local or on a network share?

I can copy and paste a 1 million plus record feature class from a file GDB to the same file GDB in less than 1 minute.
