The Qt SDK from Esri is used for developing applications targeted at Windows and Linux desktop and laptop devices only. Your question does make sense, of course. We are investigating this deployment option, but nothing is specifically planned. Today, for Android app development, Esri offers a terrific ArcGIS SDK for Android product. You can download it today and check it out.
