Open Data Item Thumbnails Default

when adding a layer to Open Data, the thumbnails are defaulted to the placeholder image(see attached image). When i added this layer in AGOL, I assigned an image, i want to see this image when the user searches for data in Open Data. Am I missing a Step. Layer with image can be seen here.

When you go to "manage" you sites and data in OpdenData, try using the edit button for the layer and see if the icon is showing in the Description page it is linked to.  If it shows up on that description page, it should show up on the OpenData page.  If not, click the default icon that is displayed and upload your own image.
