I published a map by ArcGIS pro to ArcGIS Online then I tried open the map in ArcGIS online by Arcmap I found the attached problem
What is the issue might be here?
A Map package created by ArcGIS Pro is a .MPKX file while it contains a map which is in .MAPX format.
On the other hand, Map Package supported by ArcMap should be in .MPK file and it contains map document which is in .MXD format.
So, the formats are not compatible.
Although you can import the Map Document (.mxd) in ArcGIS Pro. Import maps—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop
