I have been asked to open a .RLC file. I am running ArcMap 10.1. Any suggestions ?

Did you resolve rlc to ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro?

Susan - have you had any luck? I've come across a directory of RLC files I need to access / convert. Any help or leads would be appreciated.
