I cannot share my surveys it keeps spinning :(

I have watched the tutorials, created the survey, singed in to AGOL, and Survey 123, published (it is in my AGOL content), but I cannot share the survey with my organization. It just keeps "thinking" and spinning. What am I doing wrong?? I have tried using IE, Chrome, and Firefox.
