MMPK Annotation

I have just learned that Pro 2.3 will support (upgraded) annotation in MMPKs. What's the timeline for Runtime support? This is still a real sticking point for getting away from MPKs and local server.

We expect to support rendering of annotations in Update 5 (and editing/creating annotations in a release after that)

MMPK annotation looks good. If I were add a wish item, it would be the ability to apply a color override.
