How to make ' .mxd' file of a sample,from the API called Temporal Renderer - Class B

How to make ' .mxd'  file of  this sample: http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/javascript/arcgis/demos/renderer/renderer_temporalClassBreaks.html .especially the time information.

It is not possible to create an MXD file using information supplied via map services and hosted in a Javascript application.  You need to have access to the raw data used when the service was published.

Data have been published.But it can't work.I think the data format is not correct,So I want to know that what kind of the data format.Thanks
