I am clipping raster data from the CDL. After clipping, the pixel count for each value increases dramatically, as well as values being added that did not exist before. Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks
I don't know about CDL. But during the process of clipping, the output raster seems to get resampled.
Make sure the XY resolution (cell-size) of the output raster is defined the same as that of the input raster.
